They have already prepared control plans for emergency and critical situations. Hence, crisis management is defined as providing the groundwork and the necessary organizational arrangements and preparedness for dealing with the crisis, or minimizing its destructive outcomes. In this way, the officials in charge can observe and analyze the process and plans, and work in a coordinated and integrated manner along with the necessary preparation, rapid relief and improvement until the normal situation is reached. A special associated management group, called Crisis Management Group, can be missioned to prepare and formulate policies, goals, guidelines, executive solutions, and strategies for adaptation with the current situation. This study is an example of a crisis management plan at universities, so that dealing with events and emergencies in case of a crisis, the main committees and the sub-committees can be formed on time to make the right decisions to reduce damage, increase readiness, give proper response and make reconstruction, and normalize the situation. موضوع کنترل بحران و فن اداره و رویارویی با آن از مهمترین مسائلی است که همواره مدنظر تصمیم­گیران خوش­فکر و خلاق قرار دارد و برای وضعیت­های اضطراری و مخاطره­آمیز آن، طرح کنترل را از قبل تهیه و آماده دارند. به­همین دلیل مدیریت بحران را ایجاد آمادگی و فراهم‌کردن تمهیدات و تدارکات لازم سازمانی برای رویارویی با بحران و یا به حداقل رساندن آثار تخریبی آن ذکر می­کنند تا با فرایند و برنامه­ریزی مقامات مسئول و با مشاهده و تجزیه­و­تحلیل آن به­صورت هماهنگ و یکپارچه با آمادگی لازم، امدادرسانی سریع و بهبود اوضاع تا رسیدن به وضعیت عادی تلاش کنند و با مدیریت خاص تمرکز یافته­ای به نام گروه مدیریت بحران به­منظور تهیه و تدوین سیاستها، اهداف، خط مشیء­ها، راهبردها و راهکارهای اجرایی خود را با شرایط موجود مطابقت دهند. متن ذیل به­عنوان نمونه طرح مدیریت بحران در دانشگاه است تا هنگام بروز بحران و به­منظور مقابله با حوادث و وضعیت اضطراری و تشکیل کمیته­های اصلی و فرعی به­منظور کاهش خسارات، آمادگی، واکنش و بازسازی و عادی­سازی بتوان تصمیمات مقتضی را بموقع گرفت. https://cmj.ihu.ac.ir/article_205194_4cfefaa533ceee0ff6589dc130e16861.pdf
